Introduction
This program is intended to provide technology assistance in the form of desktop computers, laptops and/or tablets (based on availability) to those that may be isolated from friends, family or just the outside world because of barriers created by disability, financial constraints or living situations. The equipment is intended solely for use by the recipient and becomes the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to obtain internet access and provide virus protection and maintain the equipment throughout its lifetime. Technical support is not provided.
Every complete application must include:
A completed application form signed by the applicant and the applicant’s parent or guardian if the applicant is under 18 years old.
