Michelle Breaud is the Manager of the Hackensack Meridian Healthcare Network Autism Program. She has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in childhood development. Her professional career spans over 25 years of work in the field of special needs, specifically in the autism sector. In her role with Hackensack Meridian Healthcare, she leads the development and advancement of the autism program, which serves patients and their families in the inpatient and outpatient settings. She coordinates collaboration among team members from across the 17 facilities to develop common care pathways, standardize resources and tools and create a uniform autism training module. She initiates and strengthens community partnerships, to expand the availability of services and information.
