I’m a lifelong New Jersey resident, a wife and mom, and someone who has always been very involved in my community. Family, relationships, and helping others have shaped a lot of who I am. Over the years, I’ve been involved in healthcare, nonprofit work, networking, and community organizations, and I’ve always been happiest when I’m connecting with people and being part of something that makes a difference.

My career has been in healthcare, senior services, staffing, leadership, consulting, and community outreach. Today, I own The Home Care Navigator and also do consulting work within the healthcare industry. No matter what title I’ve had, my work has always centered around people.

As The Home Care Navigator, I listen, educate, coordinate, advocate, and follow through. Every call is different. A family may call about home care, but as I listen to the whole story, we may discover that they also need therapy, equipment, an elder-care attorney, financial guidance, home modifications, transportation, hospice support, or community resources. I look at where they are today, where they want to be, and what may be needed in 30, 60, or 90 days—and even years from now. Then I help build the right team around them, piece by piece, so no one feels rushed and the family can make informed decisions.

I joined Rotary because I wanted to be part of something that was about more than business. I enjoy meeting people, but what really matters to me is being part of a group that gives back, supports the community, and actually does something to help others. I’m most passionate about causes where we can see the impact we’re making right here in our own community. I love being part of projects that bring people together, help someone who truly needs it, and create something positive that lasts beyond the event itself.

I’m always willing to be a resource, make an introduction, share what I know, or help someone think through a problem. I also believe in showing up for people—whether that means supporting their business, their cause, or something they’re working toward.

The best way fellow Rotarians can support me is to get to know me and let me get to know you. I believe the best relationships happen when we understand one another beyond a business card. The better we know each other, the more opportunities we have to support one another, make introductions, and do good together.

As social and busy as I am, I absolutely love getting away to Marco Island, sitting by the water, and doing absolutely nothing. That’s my happy place. A fun fact about me is that I’m a published contributor to the bestselling collaborative book *25 Tools for Transformation* through The Wellness Universe.

My advice to anyone joining Rotary is to come in with an open mind and be willing to get involved. Rotary is really about the people, the relationships you build, and the difference you can make when everyone brings something to the table.
